To process any warranty claim, customers may be required to present the original purchase invoice or proof of purchase.
Shipping, handling, or transportation costs associated with sending a product for warranty inspection or repair may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed by UNIQO.

Warranty Claim Procedure
To request warranty service, customers should contact UNIQO customer support with their order details and a description of the issue.
If required, the customer will be instructed to return the product to UNIQO or to an authorized service partner.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging products during transit.
Following inspection, if the issue is determined to be covered under this warranty, UNIQO will repair or replace the product or affected component at its discretion.
If the product is found to be outside warranty coverage, customers will be informed of any applicable repair costs before any work is carried out.
Warranty inspections generally require 3–7 business days. Repair or replacement timelines vary depending on parts availability and the nature of the issue.
Products submitted after the warranty period has expired may still be serviced, subject to applicable service charges.

Except as expressly provided in this limited warranty, UNIQO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its products, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
