Returns

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Warranty

  • All products sold at Uniqo come with a manufacturer's warranty.
  • Warranty claims must be made through Uniqo. Contact us with your order details and we'll assist you.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence are not eligible for return.
  • Opened software or digital products cannot be returned.
