Returns

- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Warranty
- All products sold at Uniqo come with a manufacturer's warranty.
- Warranty claims must be made through Uniqo. Contact us with your order details and we'll assist you.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence are not eligible for return.
- Opened software or digital products cannot be returned.
